TOM J. MANOS: My firm concentrates on commercial litigation, business law, and entertainment law. And the common thread among these various practice areas is that they all involve people or businesses with a problem. And it's a problem that's very important to them that they want to have solved efficiently and effectively. As an attorney, you need to know every fact in your case. And you need to know every fact in your opponent's case and the arguments that they're going to make. I have to turn the complex into the simple and present it to a jury in a way that's going to make them find in favor of my client. I was in the top of my law school class. And I was on Law Review. And after law school, I went to work for some of the best law firms in town. But I think the one thing that sets me apart is that I've very competitive. I don't like to lose. And so I do everything within my power to bring about a victory for my client. And we strive to enhance the reputation of the profession one case at a time. I pride myself on being a serious lawyer that's respected by judges, by my colleagues, by my opponents. And at the same time, I want my clients to feel that I'm accessible and that I understand their cause. I want them to feel comfortable with me and know that I share the common goal with them of achieving the best possible results.
